Enrique's Journey certainly wasn't a unique one. He, like many other illegal immigrates, accepted the dangers of riding the trains to a new life. I felt like this picture spoke of his experiences. He was constantly running throughout his life. Running to escape trouble. Running to get his next high. Running to escape deportation.

  1. I like the photo you chose to represent Enrique's journey. I definitely agree that it speaks of his experience during the 1,600 mile journey from Honduras to the US. It captures a lot of emotion - especially the exhaustion he must have felt. Clinging onto the freight trains was a huge part of Enrique's story and I'm glad you chose a picture that incorporated this danger.

  2. This picture really gives a good representation of what Enrique had went through during his journey. The train is moving fast while the immigrates are clinging and climbing on it, looking exhausted. Enrique spent a good amount of time during his journey on the train of death, and this picture shows exactly what he had experienced.
